Best Sunshine says it is in compliance with anti-smoking law

THE anti-smoking law, or P.L. 16-46, states that smoking is not regulated in the “enclosed gaming areas of a casino establishment,” and Best Sunshine has met this provision of the law, its legal counsel Viola Alepuyo said in a media conference on Wednesday.
