Mr. Sachin Gupta is the founder and CEO of Gupta & Company Consultants (G&CC), a well – known HR Labour Compliance Outsourcing firm headquartered in Gurgaon.
Mr. Sachin Gupta is a Commerce Graduate and completed his Master’s in Business Administration (Spl.in Human Resource) and further obtained a LLB Degree to strengthen his knowledge.
He is very enterprising and entrepreneurial person and has spent more than a decade in building G&CC into a premier HR Compliance Outsourcing Service provider that’s bringing innovation to the industry.Sachin Gupta is extremely knowledgeable with regard to employment laws and employee relations.
Sachin Gupta hands-on leadership has been instrumental in driving growth every year since the company’s inception and now catering to the HR compliance needs of more than 250 clients PAN India. His approach has enriched the company culture and inspires employees to harness their own interests within the industry. This has led to the development of internal initiatives at G&CC and its employee’s strength from 02 team members to 70+ core team members.
He is able to utilise his strong commerce knowledge, along with his strategic understandingofemployment Laws Compliances, at the time of Inspections that really helped the client business needs.

N.K. Gupta joined the ESI Corporation as Inspector in 1982 after qualifying the all India competitive examination of ESI Inspector. He has worked as Enforcement Officer / Branch Manager about 15 years in Rajasthan and Delhi Region.
He was promoted as Assistant Director in 1997 and Deputy Director in 2005. He has worked as Revenue Officer, in Punjab Region, Haryana Region, Sub Regional Office, Gurgaon and Sub Regional Office, Okhla (New Delhi) for about 16 years. After serving the ESI Corporation for 31 years, he took voluntary retirement from the services of ESI Corporation in October-2013. At present, he is looking after, all ESI matters including appeal under Section 45AA. He is well aware with Rules and Regulations of ESI.
Since, he has served the ESI Corporation for 31 years in various capacities, he got vast experience/practical knowledge of various problems and their solutions faced in implementation of ESI Act.
Shri P.S.Jamwal has retired as Assistant Commissioner from Regional Office, Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India, Gurgaon in the year 2013. His working experience is more than 36 years of his service in the EPFO. Graduated from Punjab University, Chandigarh, he has a vast experience and practical implementation knowledge of the provisions for various compliances in respect of un-exempted as well as exempted establishments covered under Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and the three Schemes framed there under viz. EPF Scheme, 1952, Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 and Employees’ Deposit- Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976.
He has joined us in the month of April, 2014 and leading the provident fund compliances team exclusively to the entire satisfaction of our valuable clients.
