In exercise of powers conferred by Section 1(3) of the Code on Social Security, 2020, the Central government vide Notification No. S.O. 5319(E). dated 21st November, 2025, has announced the implementation of certain provisions of the Code on Social Security, 2020, w-e-f 21st November 2025.
